Initiate Your Request
Log into your Olivesto account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
